At Bash Solar Appliances, we are committed to providing high-quality solar products and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
Returns & Refunds for Solar Products in Uganda
We understand that purchasing solar equipment such as panels, batteries, and inverters is an important investment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed products
- Physically damaged items caused by misuse
- Custom or special-order items
- Products without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Mobile money / bank transfer (where applicable)
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect product delivered
5. Delivery & Return
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
6. Warranty Support
Many of our solar products come with manufacturer warranties.
For warranty claims:
- Contact us with proof of purchase
- Follow product-specific warranty guidelines
Note: Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled:
- Before dispatch (full refund)
- After dispatch (subject to return policy conditions)
8. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund:

- Location: Kampala, Uganda
Please include:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or mobile money account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us directly
